Any idea how much nox is for jeep with 196g/km?

I checked cartell and it said 3600 just for nox?

Yes that would look right, if it's pre Euro 6 (an emissions standard) it will likely be more than the VRT itself. Look for something registered after September 2015, the maximum that should come to is €600 for NOX as it will be Euro 6 compliant.

I just checked and its N1 euro 6...does that mean then its category b for vrt...13.3% of the omsp and the min due is 200?

If it's N1 there will be no NOX as it's a commercial vehicle.

For N1 the €200 applies if...

However, some N1 vans are charged a charge of €200 if they:

always had less than four seats

and

at any time a laden mass greater than 130% of the mass in service.
