Can a person with a hidden disability work part time while someone is receiving carers allowance for that person. I know you can work 19 hours while on disability and 18.5 hours while on carers . But does it matter if the person on disability has a carer who also works part time. Thanks

Assuming you mean a carer receiving carers allowance or half rate carers allowance then the person they are caring for even if on disability should not be working irrespective of the working rules for the disability allowance.

The last part of your comment " irrespective of the working rules for the disability allowance" seems contradictory....How accurate do you know your response to be????

    Thanks
