It looks like the Nursing Home has lost my mother's hearing aid. She lost one in hospital a year ago and we were able to claim the cost of a replacement from the National Insurance. Are Nursing Homes liable for the cost of replacing the hearing aid? I'd like to know where I stand before they revert.
