My mother does not use the mobile banking app, neither does she use online banking. She rarely uses her debit card card online. Does she need a PSK, and if so, how does she get one ? Thank you.

To request a PSK please contact our customer service team directly on 0818 365 365 or 00353 1 4044000 and our colleagues here will be more than happy to help with this.
