    Has anyone tried the SW7 training programmes? Seems to be balance of hypertrophy focused supersets with 20 minutes conditioning. Looks like something that can help me shift the weight gained over covid

    Just had a look of curiosity. Their IG has quite a bit of programming up. It looks decent. They obviously push the rugby aspect, is that their niche?

    There are many, many of these online programming sites about now. This is slightly more expensive than the norm, but not by much. I would expect to pay 25-30 in USD / Euro not Sterling, but then again maybe prices are going up.

    He's an ex-international rugby player so that's his target market it seems. Decided to sign up for a few months to see how it progresses
