It’s absolutely unusable on mobile. I have no idea how you’re supposed to be able to find anything.

It’s throwing up error now too.

I have a big screen on my phone and despite this the amount of content that the touch site fits on it is very small. Also the way it presents usernames, times, flags, etc. all on the background sea of unchanging off-white makes it very difficult to actually find the content of the post in the midst of all the surrounding icons and fluff.

Screenshot below of what I see. Is it the same for everyone?

The touch site is what I always use on my phone (Chrome on Android)

It is pretty much unusable at present.

Where are the 3 tabs at the top for Latest Posts, My Forums Posts, and My Threads?

Without those the site is unusable.

Great that they have added an add photo option. It was very difficult on the old touch site.

Dont think ill be using boards going forward. I use it on mobile and the new site is awful to use. A real shame. Hopefully the may go back to how it was.

I cant figure out why anyone would sign off on this thing. Looks horrendous and goes live with a laundry list of known issues with new problems flooding in. Is there no quality control?

Click your avatar and at the bottom of the drop down menu is the Sign Out option but you have to look closely because its hard to see with really bad colour contrast.

It's a no from me, it's really really bad, sorry.

I think I may get repetitive strain injury in my thumb from the sheer amount of scrolling involved in categories and threads.

Why is everything so grey? Theme doesn't work great it just a sea of grey and text.

No mate I only see the sports section with united and pool threads but can't view them or don't know how we get access.

The only positives I've found are that you get an alert when someone replies to your post and its easier to attach a photo which wasn't that bad anyway.

Board's , I really hope you can get a refund. This site is the pit's. The old one was much more user friendly. Hard to believe Vanilla could screw this up, yet screw it up they did, albeit at a very very slow pace, but they did it

So many things wrong with it too, not just one or two little gremlns... The whole site is user unfriendly now :(

FWIW Leftwaffe the mods have little or no say in all this. Some will be ok with it, some will be frustrated by it, some will hate it. Just like everyone else.

I have a feeling they put the new site online because the alternative was boards staying read only into next week. I'll reserve judgement until we see more of the tweaks. Having said that, I think the people behind boards could have done with asking some of the regular users for help, testing and feedback. People sometimes lose sight of what the end product should be when they're too long in upper management and dealing with things at a high level. Never underestimate the input of people at the coalface.
