North/North-West Dublin, Kildare, Meath & South-West Dublin are the four youngest regions of the country by population. So it would make sense that they would have growing backlogs as we hit the 40s, while some other regions are powering ahead.
Hence why Citywest and the Helix seem slow enough.

The registration should have included a question about whether someone needed the centre closest to them or if they were willing to travel 100km. Spread the load a bit. I'd be more than happy to go to Punchestown or Bray from South Dublin.

The Wicklow MVC is Greystones, not Bray, and that far south, you're into the badlands, serious bandit country.
The Dart is only single track to there.
Citywest is enough of a risk, being outside the M50, thanks very much.

Is anyone getting their 2nd Pfizer dose in the Aviva this week?
If so, what was the interval since your 1st dose?

According to a 28 day interval, we would be due to receive our 2nd dose on Saturday, but I'm no longer confident of that.

Read the last few pages- no guarantee I’m afraid- some people bang on time, others waiting up to day 35 so no real rhyme or reason to it all

I'm wondering if this thread would be better split into two separate threads. .. One for people waiting first appointment and 1 for those due a second appointment

Anyone awaiting delayed 2nd Pfizer from Helix? Rambling Woman (51) gone past the 28 days now and no sign of appointment.

Had a check up with my GP this morning just for the usual blood pressure, bloods, etc.
Mentioned there was a large outbreak at my workplace a couple of weeks ago (supermarket) asked me my age (32) and said once the nurse has your bloods done I’m doing a vaccine clinic Thursday week all pfizer and to put a time down for me to get my jab, mentioned my wife who hasn’t had the vaccine (32) as well but he said he’d have to look at what exactly was arriving before he could confirm her, said it could be a few days, just rang 30 mins ago and we’re both getting jabbed at the same time next week.
An absolute relief to be honest. It was tough the last few months at work seeing others get vaccinated around me and then a large outbreak would make you feel that bit more anxious!

Has anyone had to reschedule a city west app? And if so how long you were waiting on a follow up date?

I’m a few years older and also hoping for text for second Pfizer jab this week in the Helix but I’ve heard nothing. I wonder is there anyone had second Pfizer jab in Helix recently? How many days since your first jab?

There’s delays for the second Pfizer lads. Anywhere up to 40 days at this stage.

City West was absolutely flat out today , massive queues and all for dose 2 of AZ
I am presuming that is slowing the 40+ for this week .
