I'm thinking of picking up a copy of this book. But trying to find one at a reasonable price is proving difficult. Amazon.co.uk -- £40 plus £10 postage Amazon.com -- $29 plus $15 postage/customs Even with postage/customs .com is cheaper. Any sources a bit closer to home?

4th option free pdf floating around on internet... I wouldn't pay for this one, and I've bought a good few other fitness related books because, I agree, reading of the paper is much nicer.
