  • Ohhh just checking. Nice to see them getting through the late 40s already. Hopefully early 40s will be registering next week.

Did you came up with this username just for the vaccination? :D

Two dip dip and you are done.

Yes, as far as I know. I rang the HSE helpline for the third time now and cancelled my Louth/Meath registration on the portal so that I could have a registration with Dublin postcode. I’m hoping that this goes quicker. I’m waiting 3 weeks also. The guy on the helpline had to get permission from a supervisor to do this.

I’m thrilled with my re registration. I’ve now got an appointment in Dublin

MVC: Dublin Helix (should have been Drogheda)
    Age: 55
Registered: 3 weeks ago ( reregistered yesterday)
    Date: Sat 29th May
    Vaccine: Pfizer/Biontech

Text arrived 45 mins after I noticed I had appointment on portal. I noticed @ 2.45 or so.

Are you offered the same vaccine as your original appointment or did that change too?

    Congrats BTW :)

    Typo!
    Definitely 29 May.
I'm wishing the weekend away already.....

I never had an appointment! I had rang the helpline 3 times before eventually, they agreed to reregister me to Dublin. I’d had no appointment despite my file being marked ‘escalated’, ‘urgent’ and compromised immunity.

Two dips and I'm gone :p

There seems to be a lag in North Dublin - I don't think I've seen anyone in their 40s got an appointment for the Helix yet? (although admittedly I did skip a few pages while catching up!)
Any lag now is most likely the 2nd AZ dose for HCWs.

  • Co Louth has been getting bad press lately (I know, I'm one of those who was overlooked), but here's a good news story from a mate

    Age 59
    Registered Wed 26th (yesterday)
    Text received Thu 27th (today)
    Appt Fri 28th (tomorrow!) Dundalk

  • Age 47

    Text May 27th
    Appointment Monday 31st Aviva
    Pfizer

    Delighted!

  • From a quick scan of the last few pages and re: the 45-49 Cohort, it seems to be:
    • Dublin: almost always Pfizer
    • Outside Dublin: 50/50 chance of Pfizer or Moderna

Well maybe not 50/50, but Moderna seems to be a mostly outside Dublin thing for this age group

  • Registered may 18, heard nothing since Limerick

  • Sorry, thick question but how do you get onto the portal after you register?
