What are the reasons Vodafone have offered for cancelling this and does anyone have a link to the T&Cs ?

If they've taken your money then a valid contract exists that they're obliged to fulfill. By all accounts this doesn't sound like a genuine pricing error.

Offer still stands, it just doesn't show the discount until you get to the "Review Order" prior to payment (see below).

2 out of 4 orders received - happy with that.

How long did it take everyone to receive refunds? One Live Chat agent said it'll be in my account the next day as they pushed it for priority refunding (?!) another said 7 working days

"rare technical glitch" or even better blame you for doing something wrong.

My order is still with An Post. Seems to have bounced between sorting hubs. Double checked the address I provided to Vodafone, it's perfect - including the Eircode. Who knows what they actually stuck on the delivery label though!

Hopefully be fine, because I can't be dealing with the hurdles of trying to get a refund due to a lost parcel.

I ordered mine last Saturday week, late in the evening. Refund was not received until the following Saturday morning. It showed as a pending transaction in my bank account all week.

Stupid Question alert but ordered 2 days ago and money is pending. Where can I track it, or figure out if it was cancelled.

I clicked on the option to receive a new number so don't know what to put in when I click on the login in to vodafone link sent in order email.

I got a confirmation email which told me to click here to confirm, or something like that, but I don't know what phone number to put in as I've asked for a new VF Sim/Number.

If you haven't gotten a dispatched email yet then I would say it is cancelled. You need to create an account with the email address you used when ordering the phone. Then you will be able to see the order in your account and its status.

I can't. The site has broke me. If they reduce it to 180 without a code I might try again as maybe the code is increasing the failure rate a bit.

Anyone who has been successful getting this should try and get a few more to sell on to fellow boardsies at cost. They'd be the most loved posted on BA :pac:

Regardless of any "bargain", I'm never ordering anything on Vodafone.ie again. Time Wasted > Money Saved.

If I do ever receive my phone, I take comfort in the fact that it's unlocked and will never be used by me on the VF network.

It will be similar enough in day to day usage I reckon but more storage. The screen/phone is smaller so that might be a good thing or bad thing depending on how you felt about the screen on the 3a XL. The problem is, getting one is a pain in the hole.

Great news for me.

AnPost decided that a status "sending back to sender" does not actually mean it and my local postman dropped it this morning in my mailbox.

I approached him and he was "Yeah I don't know what happened there, I saw it on the shelf and hence grabbed it".

God bless him.

Now I have a new toy to play with.

I was put off the 3a cos of its size so the XL suited me better.
The 4a is very similar in size to the 3a XL by the looks of it though. (6" compared to 5.81")

Is there a code to get it down to â‚¬179.99?
