Took quite heavy damage for such a low speed knock.

So does that just leave the 2 Haas and ARs to go out in Q1? :pac:

Starting from the pitlane could end up being a positive. Any kind of messing on the first lap could allow him to be basically starting the race on tyres he wants and not having to make another stop. Poor little mistake in the end though.

Track limits matter again this week. Or do they?

They mattered in the last race as well, the F1 did a crap job of enforcing it and making it clear.

Good effort by the Williams to both get into Q2. Vettel gets through also.

Mazepin overtaking Giovinazzi during qualifying while both were on a hotlap, making more friends in F1 like he did in F2

The powers that be aren’t giving much margin for error over track limits.

Thought Bottas was all 4 wheels off on the exit of the first Rivazza.

Nice slow-motion replay of LeClerc with all four wheels in the air.

    Carlos Saintz out in Q2.

I love the nonsense about the rules being changed to target Mercedes and Aston. All the talk early on was that the changes would hurt the high-rake teams more. Turns out with the use of vortices to seal different areas it's worked out the opposite but to claim that it's targeting them when no-one expected it to be so is pure baby stuff.

Sainz out with Leclerc P3, bit of a shocker.
    Alonso beaten by both Williams
