    Great race ahead
Will Hamilton win again against a dominant red bull?
    (Hate hate delicious hate :D)
Will Perez play number 2 for Max?
Overtaking should not be easy so might be decided in the pit stop.
No rain forecast just cold, so one stop to be expected.

Due to difficult overtaking and such a long pit-in, pit-out time, I fear there'll be less entertainment as drivers go for conservative strategies and do a one stopper while managing tyres. The only way to spice things up is the odd safety car. But safety cars have only benefited Hamilton in past years.

Perez on soft tyres from the start may prompt a two-stopper.

One stopper, if the three get away as 123, Will be a tactical battle over versus undercut.

Mazepin to be the first retirement today is 9/2 odds. Not a bad bet lads!

I'd be surprised if he makes it passed variante alta without a crash

    Looking forward to this one!

Based on the practices and qualy I can see multiple safety cars so imagine the strategy guys will be flat out today revising their plans!

Also reckon Merc will keep Bottas behind traffic to act as a block of/when RB try the undercut

I would kinda like Perez to get the Jump on Lewis todaybut not Max , a battle between Lewis and max might let Perez get clear enough and if he can see the win for himself I don't think he would move over to give it up and it adds some extras into the season for us as it suddenly makes him a contender

I don't really watch a whole lot of coverage that isn't the race/quali/live practice so it's pretty sad to see Davidson go full-on banter with bloody Sky. :pac:

Fairly heavy rain on a certain part of the track there.

And bone dry in other parts that would spell chaos for the drivers!!

Good. Keep raining for another 20 mins then stop so the track is still wet but not needing a safety car start

He will not finish the race.

If it's a wet/dry track I think it's a funny quirk of the rules where if it's declared that there's been a change in conditions then the teams are obliged to use wet/extreme wet tyres even though softs would be the way to go.

Is the front section of the floor of the Alpine designed that ugly/messy or did he pick up a load of damage in the gravel?

Alonso having a second go now on full wets

Norris saying Inters will be fine.

Still a half hour to go though.

One sector bone dry and another fully wet. Will be interesting to see the starting tyre choices

Some on inters some on wets.

Remember that new quirky rule, if they start behind the safety car, once the safety car peels in they line up for a grid start.

    This too shall pass.
