Its ridiculous. They have everyone wearing masks but pubs are open, people are going to each others houses, someone even went to get their hair a few weeks ago. Damien and Maireads wedding scenes were really bad with everyone standing so far apart.

Eastenders went for the 'covid doesnt exist approach' which works much better. Obviously they do abide by SD and covid rules but it is done in such a way that you would'nt notice it on screen. Fair city started back and tried to send a message re covid - now they have no choice but to follow through on it but they cant keep up with the changes in restrictions.

I've seen this in all soaps and there's no consistency but why do people wear masks walking around and then when they stand talking to someone they take the mask off?

I dont think Cass is Orla's Grandfather but a Great Uncle. Orla and Niamh were second cousins if memory serves me well.

Do people even hang out with people anymore:) especially during the day, fair city is a country village in Dublin.

I hope fair city wraps up one day m night shyamalan style and we find out carrigstown (translation “rock town”) is a quadarant in the phoenix park completely isolated from the world. Maybe an episode where Tommy discovers a hole in the quadarant wall and discovers Dublin and obviously for Tommy , coppers

Hang on there. We are talking about an actor that appears in a show that is the topic of the thread? Am I not allowed say that she has very dubious eyebrows? My wife and I think we could sleep in them on a cold night.:D We also think her legs are lanky. Her costumes are crap and she can't really act.:rolleyes: My 13 year old daughter doesn't really watch Fair City, but commented last week after meeting a bank official who had tiny eyebrows and mentioned the FC actor with the big brows.:D Am I body shaming? A Kerry priest isn't happy.
