Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Sport and Culture, well, country music at least, feature this week, sadly neither are a strong point for Mr. Fun. Let’s see.
Ryan Tubridy will be joined by Irish country stars including Cliona Hagan, Susan McCann, Declan Nerney, Robert Mizzell, and Michael English, who perform some of their songs in a rousing circle of friends country music studio session.

CJ has been a great servant of the game and would still be here but for family. Can’t blame the man for that. Hopefully this won’t be too awkward an interview, he deserves better.
When CJ Stander arrived at Cork Airport in 2012, he considered himself in the last chance saloon as far as his rugby career was concerned.

Nine years on, he departs Irish shores with 51 Irish caps, including two wins against the All Blacks, a Grand Slam, a British and Irish Lions tour, as well as his star performances for Munster.

I thought they plugged this thing three weeks or so ago.
Dervla Kirwan, the family matriarch from Smother, the whodunnit series filmed in Lahinch, will be speaking about what viewers can expect as the drama draws to a close.

    Culture.
As we await the reopening of Ireland's museums, Ryan will take a behind-the-scenes look through the treasure trove of historical gems in Ireland's National Collection, including some of the most intriguing personal objects in Irish history.

Paudie Harrington is on to talk about the golf as well-and possibly a dead relative or pet. Someone has to provide the misery?

Doctor McAleese was doing the rounds today-maybe she'll pop up.

The whole show is probably recorded anyway.

They've already cancelled Gardener's World because of it.

Which I am not happy about.

Rumor has it CJ left over money, IRFU wouldn't give him what he wanted.

Yeah, that’s not true. In the slightest. If he was after money any club in England, or France, would have “swallowed” him up.

Ah yeah, positive test for cocaine. Gave him the “ultimatum” of retire or get banned. Same thing happened Conor Murray and Denis Hickie

The Scots didn’t want Ray Houghton for the same reason.

"Not afraid to speak his mind and was prone to gaffes" is the narrative. Anybody else would be labeled a racist and cancelled these days.
    Country music.

Country music can be great as long as it's not sung or played by most Irish "artists".
