Specific fitness tracker request

Hey folks, My partner has very small wrists and is looking for a fitness band, as opposed to a fitness watch so that she can track her steps and calories (and to a lesser extent sleep). Has anyone found one that is accurate and has a good App to go with? Thank you in advance.

I use Xiaomi Mi Band5, their app isn't too bad either, and for the price of <30eur, it's excellent. There's no point tracking calories burned (because they're terribly inaccurate) unless she's trying to gain weight. Using food tracker is much better option.
