"What player played a competitive match for Wales and Bayern on the same day?"

"Which non-UK band had 8 entries in the UK top 10 in 1990?"

    "

Name the country or mountain that has the furthest point from the centre of the Earth.
I'd say Aconcagua in Argentina (because of the bulge of the Earth at the equator).

Balochistan gives us the Tan part of the name. The S comes comes from Sindh, the other province of pakistan.

One that I made up myself and am very proud of:

What 1990s Premiership footballer had his name on the front and back of his shirt?
I'm not telling you the answer. You'll just have to work it out for yourself.

I'll be very impressed if anyone gets it.

Yeah, I'd heard that before, just couldn't recall the mountain. I knew Aconagua was too far away from the equator.

Going to guess Lee Sharpe, even if there is a misspelling in there.

    Ian Walker

Edited to add: Walker's crisps sponsored Leicester at the time.

I think Ian's father Mike was manager at the time too, if you ever wanted to add an extra layer of torture to the question.

Name the two English premier league clubs which have never played in the English premier league.

The New Saints? Based in an English town but play in the Welsh Premier League

Gretna, similar but played in Scottish Premier League at one stage.

    Answer:
Luton Town and Notts County. Both signed the Founders Member Agreement in 1991, resigned from the Football League in February 1992 but were relegated at the end of the season and have never made it back to the top flight.
