I'm thinking about getting myself a spin or assault bike for the garden ,
I'v no room in the house with the kids but I have a covered part of the garden and a great bike cover I can put over it to save form the elements ,

Just wondering what do you lads reckon is the best value for keeping fit a spin or an assault bike ?

I have put an assault airbike into a work gym which was a relatively small space - I think likely to be a similar to most people's home training setup and usage of these bikes.

They are good pieces of kit from a fitness point of view, lending themselves particularly well to interval training.

However, be aware that they are quite noisy and in an enclosed space it can be more noticeable than you'd think, and in rooms nearby. Putting it in a shed would probably work well, but considering how pricey they are I would just keep an eye on rust and whatnot if it's a space that more outdoors with covering. They're a bit temperamental and servicing them is a pain because they're so bloody heavy if you have to send them anywhere.
