Nct equivalent for tractors?

What are the requirements for maintaining a tractor to avoid excessive fumes, and how is it enforced? There's an ancient one around here that stinks like a very ****ed up two stroke engine from 30m away. Not ideal for my toddler who has had respiratory issues.
