Looking at the results on the website as 12-34-37-38-42 makes it look like a "hitting the post" draw.
Watching the draw on Youtube showed that #38 was last out, so the three-in-a-row was never happening.

Just to note that the three-in-a-row finally fell again, 160 draws after the previous.
The three numbers were actually the last three out as well! #29 was followed by #28 and then #27
