It is utterly valid to criticise Biden on this, as it was Trump.

However, I would like to understand the content of your comment here.

You say Biden has picked up where Obama left off.

The tweet itself says it is no different to what Trump was doing. So why is it you point back to Obama rather than say Biden hasn't improved the situation following Trump?

Eh, you missed the part where Biden put an embargo on deportations for 100 day but a federal judge over ruled the order. Or you're just being disingenuous. I'd like to give you the benefit of the doubt but Trump supporters usually post in bad faith so likely the same here again.

The campaign against WikiLeaks/assange from the US started under the Obama/Biden administration, why would you now assume, Joe now just a few weeks in office would have an about turn on this?

You should of had more hope when Donnie was POTUS that the case against assange would fall away or a nice pardon considering the benefit he got from the DNC leaks.. also didn't he pass comment early in his presidency or before it that he would look at the pardon for assange.

On the Iran thing, I'm pretty sure what we are hearing is them "being around the table" negotiating.. each side wanting the other to move first, it's all negotiating!!

Obama/Biden tried to get at Assange based on the sexual assault allegations.

It was the Trump administration that indicted Assange in relation to the Espionage Act, something Obama wouldn't do because he knew it was a load of bollocks and would be detrimental to journalism.

The New York Times and other outlets were privy to the same information that got Assange indicted.

Assange was charged (by the Trump admin) with 'conspiracy to commit computer intrusion' and shortly thereafter was indicted (by the Trump admin.) under the Espionage Act.

The whole shabang was exacerbated exponentially under Trump.
