    Looking for recommendations on Radiators for an Air to Water heat Pump system, not realistic to redo the whole house to install underfloor heating

    You need to get room by room heat loss calculation done. Only then will you know what output the radiators must achieve. Don't be fooled by sales talk saying you must install aluminium rads. 500w output from a steel rad is the same as 500w output from an aluminium rad at a given delta T. The only difference will be in the size of the two and is not as much as people think.

    Again, you would need a room by room assessment, but you may find larger double radiators can be moved to replace smaller singles, leaving you to replace a smaller number

    Some heating suppliers can do it but only if they have the correct information in terms of u-values, room areas and volumes.
