    Not rocket science

Large amounts of money "resting in their accounts" for longer.

Jayzus Duffy would you stop interrupting and talking over them. We know you're excited, we know you're ego was trashed the last time O'Leary was on the show, but try to be slightly professional in your dealings.

Travel Department use Ryanair as an integral part of their tours and never an issue when changes have to be made. They seem to cooperate in these large group booking circumstances.

These are cheques drawn on a foreign bank in Euro. They have to be sent "for collection". Can take up to a month to clear plus charges.

Ryanair should not have done this.

It is bad practice of Ryanair to do this but Ryanair has paid them. They cant say Ryanair didnt refund them. \They should cash the cheque and never fly with them again.

In that instance, you should contact VHI and ask them to re-issue it.
Several years ago I had to ask a company to re-issue an old cheque for a substantial amount, for similar reasons.

I will thanks. Think I didn’t open it then was because I had no interaction with them .Hadn’t had a claim for years.

These travel agents are responsible for refunding their customers irrespective of whether Ryanair pays the travel agents or not.

Ryanair up 7% since yesterday morning.

    Joe's tactics not working.

Ryanair share price up nearly 4% today, this after a near €1billion loss last year, still some wind left in their sails do to speak.

Joe is a contractor for a company that doesn't have to worry about posting losses year after year because the taxpayer is footing the bill.

He is not qualified to comment on real life business.
