Deleted last thread as it got horribly derailed by both my recent personal issue intervening and a responding troller who has been permabanned from radio forum.

Anyway, let's hear what Joe has to say on Monday, bound to provoke some more relevant interesting discourse!

Bad line. I'll leave it at that.

Threads are history and should be archived-pruned if necessary, but archived nonetheless.

See ye on Monday. Not happy.

On Brendan O'Connor now they're discussing vaccinating Leaving Cert Stewdents after the elderly and front line wurkers, de snowflakes dat were on last week are literally sh*tting themselves at the thought.

No less than 4 current or past RTE heads being interviewed on that issue.
christ I have designed better on ms paint.

I'd give Ireland's Own a pass on that. They don't pretend to be anything else and they keep costs at a minimum. I'm astonished it's still going these days.

It’s literally got a dying readership.

Still be sorry to see it go though, even with his scary mug on the front.

It's quaint, and UK have their version, forget what it's called. When I worked in the libraries, Ireland's Own was a real favourite with some older folk in the Liberties. It's kind of like Nationwide in a magazine.

They'll be selflessly making the case as to why they should be last to get it :D

Fungus might like dat house, with its snooker room, easy to walk around to Joe's for a glass of Bolli with caviar on a blini. But Joe would resolutely stay in his gaff for de sea view.

I don't recall either, but it was as staple in my grandfolk's house. Published by DC Thompson of Dundee and sold all over the UK, but I suspect it was majorly sold in Scotland.
    Thompson's Gazette, perhaps.
    Weekly, ... blah.

Lots of capital Ts robbing these days.
Rte / media has no right to pretend to be sympathetic towards the victims while they encourage the perpetrators behaviour relentlessly.
