Why don't you just read out the damned statement instead of trying to set a narrative before reading it?

Why would anybody go to a travel agent to book them a Ryanair flight. I don't get it.

I'll tell you how. I've booked several little packages (which I know won't happen now) with Click&Go to Greece etc, the accommodation is covered plus flights with Ryanair, some at very low prices. That's third party booking. When it has to be cancelled the money will just go on a future booking. It's like my little travel savings fund. Clock&Go are taking care of all the admin, and I am trying to keep them in business.

You haven't cared about private business for the last 12 months, but suddenly he does care when there is an opportunity to bash RyanAir.

Sharp statement from Ryanair. But factual and understandable based on Ryanairs business model/objectives.

CCPC don't want to know. This is their recommendation.

"Failing a satisfactory response from Ryanair, and where you feel you are at a financial loss, a final option that may be available to you is the Small Claims Procedure (SCP). The SCP is designed to deal with consumer claims up to €2,000 and the current fee for making a claim through the Small Claims Procedure is €25."

Why don’t these travel agents bring Ryanair to court instead of ringing Liveline?
