Whoy was her travel agent buying tickets like that when not allowed?

It has to be allowed by law.

Jackie reminds me of a blond Eastenders buxom lassie that reeks of cheap perfume.

Is it not the Travel Agent who has to refund the client irrespective of whether the Travel Agent is refunded by the airline or hotel or whatever?

There is an insurance premium added on to each travel agents booking whether this covers the covid bother or not I don't know

Why would anybody go to a travel agent to book them a Ryanair flight. I don't get it.

It's taken 45mins to get to the truth. A truth which was known from the outset by Duffy et al.

I wondered the same thing, if I booked a holiday through a local travel agent, I'm looking at them for a refund not an airline

It is. However I'm allowing the travel agents/tour companies I've dealt with to give me vouchers in lieu of refunds because I want them to stay in business and to prevent stupid amounts of work by the employees. I'll definitely be travelling with likes of TD again once they stay in business.

Only casually listening but it looks like this may end up in the Four Goldmines if Joe isn't very careful.
