I'm sure the online discussion community appreciates your effort into making boards that much better.

I like the way you missed the 3 smilies after my quoted comment and left them out of your quote Yellum. Obviously I don't sanction flaming someone that one doesn't like in every thread at every opportunity. It was a tongue in check comment, hence the smilies. The main thrust of that quoted comment was 'stop/why are you defending him'...........rather than 'lets go after him in every thread.'

Wait till he makes some unsavoury comments in the GLB forum, maybe that will be enough to convince you that he appears to be an obnoxious gob*****.

I know exactly his character. Posting about what a spanner he is on After Hours and wanting people to agree and gang up and start a flame war is what I think is wrong.

Theres a procedure in place for reporting posts about some people that are unruly. If the mods of the forum do nothing theres Feedback/Suggestions and theres contacting the Admins. Theres a process for this. I don't thinka dicussion on any forum with the basic content of this one is appropriate.

Afterhours is not the place and as I said people in glasshouses are worth two in the bush.

Reminds me of that time when I pulled up outside the local chippy with the gf and rolled down the window to say hello to some so called mates. One of them threw the entire contents of his chicken box (he hadn't even eaten any yet) through the window.....for a laugh. Now I see the errors of my ways. I shouldn't have gotten out and decked him. I should have laughed and said...oh you rapscallion you. Your incorrigable(sp?) and left the scene chuckling to myself...."PPFFFTT....mates having a laugh....what can ya do.......".

I can have a laugh without being an ignorant obnoxious **** about it. TBH I wouldn't normally respond to someone like Utility_. I'd just ignore their posts/threads but maybe I was bored or something. We're not attacking him in every thread. We're having a go at him and his ilk in this tread.....cause this thread is specifically about him and his behaviour. The only reason I'm still posting in this thread is not him anymore, its the usual suspects who always seem to take the side of the underdog/unpopular side of an arguement in any given thread for the sake of it for some reason. I simply can't understand why you lot are defending him and branding the rest of us nerds and saddo's etc for slagging him.

You are calling everyone nerds and you’re the one who has a lot of posts about technology, in the for sale board about technology and about err… websites. I think someone might be in denial.

(One thing you might note about "nerds" is that they normaly look like normal people.)

I also found another thread with you calling people nerds – if you have some problem with nerds, you might as well avoid boards.ie.
