It's only a matter of time until the veil comes down for everyone and everyone just gives up on any measures out in place.

2025 will see a world unrecognisable to all of us. We were spoiled but welcome back to the good old days, I hope you play chess.

People do realise there have been new strains of covid appearing since the start of the pandemic right?

They've said today it's highly unlikely to cause any issues

    Read beyond the headline

Some don't realise, others do realise but want to play the fear mongering role on here.

Is this variant the same as the Spanish one that spread here a while back?

Limerick figures will be interesting in a couple of weeks if the video doing the rounds is real. Looks more like a niteclub in Ibiza back in the day...

Wait until people find out the virus mutates inside each person!

I work high enough in the public sphere to be lucky enough that I participated in a meeting with the WHO and Mick Ryan as a keynote. When someone asked him when we might see a return to normal, he scoffed lightly and said "Oh yes, normal..".

I haven't seen any videos but apparently there were ones from last time they won doing rounds being passed off as this year. Was it definitely from this time?

Can't watch the briefings anymore. I'm guessing Tony is still concerned?

Today's number is meaningless, the increasing 5 day average, meeting Thursday to discuss recommendations to be put the Government on restrictions.

Claims no responsibility for the disappearance of Chris Rea's car

I think the reason that they don't show the graphics is so that the signer providing the sign language can remain in the picture.
