Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    I'm confused.

    I thought they were journalists.

    But it appears they are actually spokespeople for NPHET, HSE and the government.

    Is this really journalism?

    Is this the same George Lee that was gonna sort out the country but lasted 2 months in the Dail before he went back to the cosy rte cartel where once again he has all the answers again !

    Ah here....fergal bowers holds up a manky A4 refill pad and repeats what everybody is after hearing already.....he looks likes he's got 5% of battery life left in him and is just seeing out his time.....

    George on the other hand has form.....he was there for the economic crash and now he's here for the covid......he turns up when its really bad......take out George and you won't need a vaccine

    Most of us want to hear what NPHET and the HSE have to say about Covid 19.

    George Lee and Fergal Bowers are just passing on the information which is useful to us.

    As for the Government they are elected to run the country so I suppose we need to hear from them too.

    I was of course being knowing/ironic ;)

    Some people have trouble understanding the difference between a journalist and a reporter and what their primary roles are and yes Trumpism has fouled the entire discourse while significantly lowering the QI of boards
