Got my first 3FE the other week (momentum blend) and while it's fairly nice, it's not as strong a flavour as I'd like.

Ponaire Colombian Single Origin is nice than the momentum blend. I found Two Fifty Square colombian nicer again. More expensive though

Latest Poniare order gone in. I went for the Christmas blend :) and Mexican Lion Boy this time around.

I'm going through all their coffee's and will probably cut it down to maybe 3 a month and commit to them going forward.

Just ordered the Duran Family Costa Rica and Kenya Kiranga estate from White Star. Heard great things on IG about it and from the guy in unfiltered who knows his stuff.

Please ignore if these guys have been listed already.

A great single origin small batch roaster that care about their customers. I have been buying beans from them for over a year now and their customer service, quality and variety is top notch.

Coffee like food and wine is subjective but the Duromina is a particular favourite of mine.

€15.50 for 250g is about double what I usually pay. Pass.

Higher quality beans from better roasters tend to cost more.

Johnny do you know if they roast to order or how fresh are the beans?

What's the point in ****ting on other people's recommendations? Just cause you're a cheapskate doesn't mean others are.

You made a comment and then I made a comment. That's how Boards works. If you think I have breached the guidlines, by all means report my post.

My order is going in now. Just getting down the to the end of the Sumatran, and to be honest it's started to give its best cups to me this week!

I was distracted by class today and forgot the moka pot on the stove and it boiled over a bit, and it was the best cups I've had from that batch. So that's me told now and I shall be opening the packs a week in advance of them going into the canister.

    ---

    Thinking of ordering:

    Connoisseur Blend 500g

    Mexican Jaguar 250g

    European Blend 250g

    Sumatran European Blend 250g

I'll await for your report back on the Lion Boy.

I just received 4 bags from Greenbean Coffee roasters in Dundalk.

I'm building a Land Rover camper and have luckily been sponsored by SAGE and Niche. So we will be putting in their Bambino Plus and the Niche Zero grinder. Have been using it in the house for the time being and its just amazing.

Got the email from Mahers alright. Ordered some of their Italian blend which is nice and threw in a Dominican Republic one as well. Can't argue with 20% off

    Any recommendations of Mahers stuff?

None of this happened in the end.

Ended up taking advantage of the Mahers offer to give them a bash.

Got the European Blend, Dark Organic Colombian and the Vanilla flavour espresso for herself. Criminal.

Had the European Blend this morning and it was lovely. Very like the Ponaire Connoisseur Blend which is no bad thing.

Mahers order arrived yesterday with a roast date of 09/11/20. Very impressed. The Italian Blend is an excellent all rounder.

    The Sumatran is lovely.

Only ever had WCC's Burundi which was gorgeous though.

Does anyone know if the 3fe ambulance ( :D ) outside the Bernard Shaw sells bags of beans? I was fresh out this morning and I didn't think of there until I was on my way home from town.
