Here's the thing though - He has to give them something to work with.

They can't just "give" him the Election , they actually need a scale to put their thumb on.

Right now , he has absolutely nothing to bring to the court beyond Bluster and rage.

Yes this is very true. It won't stop him trying though. It's not as if he'll listen to any of his advisors. Mitch McConnell is going to have to say something, even then Donald will try to ignore it.

Like 99% of your posts, attacking other boards members. Very bitter mind you have there Sondagefaux.

    You lost, get over it.

Theres not bias, everyone is free to post, it's just there's more people who post for Biden instead of Trump.. Like the election

    We weren't discussing posters.

Thousands of pages of posts here of people all excited that Donald Trump is been thrown out in a country over 4 thousand miles away. Yet we had buffoons like cowen and ahern here and hardly a squeak about domestic politics.. Probably less likes on the twitter, baords and facebooks posts for Irish politics.
Topic notwithstanding, we are a representative democracy and do not directly elect our leaders. Dail arithmetic dictates who gets to be Taoiseach and that leads you straight to blaming voters for their electoral choices, which is not awfully democratic.

As for the country 4,000 miles away, their economy and leadership can affect all of us, so it's a pretty big deal.

Maybe if you had wandered out of the GAA forum once in a while you would have seen lots of posts about biffo, Ahern, NAMA, bank bailouts, ECB, etc

And what happens in the US has huge fooking ramifications for little old Ireland or maybe you don't realise how many people in Ireland work for US mulitnationals including those in Mayo that work for Baxters, Allergan, Hollister, Coca Cola, Lionbridge.

And if anything someone with your name should be cheering for Biden with his Mayo roots unlike that orange gimp that the fookers in Clare are lauding.

Met him when he came home the last time. Nice man, but can't see him been allowed to make the decisions.

Sure but it is an Irish board and will be heavily connected with Irish people. Ireland these days is slightly to the left of the democratic party so are hardly going to go for Trump in large numbers.

Yes, to have more Biden supporters in natural but that's not what we were discussing.

Listening to Trump and his crew it’s like some alien invasion against their own people and country. They’re attacking their own people, their own institutions, their own laws and their own constitution..

    It’s absolutely baffling...

No thought or regard whatsoever for anybody but themselves...

It’s like they are fighting an enemy. But the enemy is themselves and their country and their people..

    Abby looks great alright.

I am trying to figure Rick Santorum (keep thinking of him as Rick Scrotum) as he tried to remain Republican saying that they of course should investigate issues but yet not be foaming at the mouth like Donnie.

People seem to forget the counting goes on in all states even though they have been declared.

Biden is racking up votes in California, New York, etc.

He's likely to get around 80 million votes in total. An incredible achievement.

I put on CNN for a while last night. They are so biased it's unreal.
It was the news source for me about 15 years ago, sad what's happened to them.

CNN hate Trump, its patently obvious.
As Larry King said CNN dont do news they do Trump
    https://thehill.com/homenews/media/415669-larry-king-hits-cnn-stopped-doing-news-to-focus-on-trump
    .
Whats kind of ironic is that CNN were the network that partly created the Trump monster, the network originally covered Trump "as a character" when he was running for president.
"They covered him as a character. They carried every speech he made. They carried him more than Fox News, at the beginning.

Of course they thought he had no chance of actually winning in 2016 but once he did they focused all attention on knocking him.

Sky News are biased too, US owners , and BBC also have an agenda against Trump.
ITV's Election night coverage was probably the most objective coverage.
The networks dont need to be biased , Trump is his own worst enemy .
The first casualty of War is the truth .

It's still possible Trump could win..

GA - the absentee military ballots mostly go to Trump and he takes it (quite possible)
PA - Biden comes close but doesn't catch Trump
NC - Trump has that one in the bag

and Nevada, when Biden is only 12k ahead, flips against him

The joker is Arizona which could also go against Biden.

Still another 34% of the vote to be counted in California, that is going to increase the difference by another couple of million at least. They are just in no rush to get to the final count as it makes no difference to the EC part of the result.

Biden could be up to 6 or 7 million advantage in the popular vote by the time they complete everywhere.

As a national referendum on Trump that is quite decisive. I know it isn't how the President is chosen but it shows that Trump does not have the support of the American people.
    A minority, but they're decreasing.

He is a real life Emperor Palpatine basically. He is not better than Trump. The rot in the GOP is very, very deep. I don't think they will ever be a normal conservative party ever again.

Trump hasn't a hope of keeping Pennsylvania. It'll be about a 100k majority for Biden in the end.

And there is nothing in law that mandates that the college vote has to be inline with the actual votes - apparently its just tradition!

The electoral college voters are generally picked by the party of the winning candidate. That doesn't mean they will vote for the right person but it makes it very likely.

Mitch McConnell will say absolutely nothing - He is an utter snake.

He will wait to see how this all plays out , he absolutely will not do or say anything to constrain Trump in case he manages to pull it off.

McConnell and the majority of the wider GOP care about absolutely nothing other than power.

If he thinks that letting Trump trample every single institution the US has will keep them in power , then he will be fine with that.

Now - If he got word that Trumps guff was putting the 2 Senate seats in Georgia at real risk , then he might have a quiet word.. But only then.

Well at laast he has his heart in the right place and will actually try unlike Trump who doesn't give two shytes about anyone bar himself.

Trump would sooner see America burn than give in.

He is so narcissistic it is beyond belief.

Mitch is picking up splinters in his ass big time, trying to remain balanced on the fence.
He doesn't want to p*** off the Republican Trump diehards but yet remain somewhat objective and dignified like the old school Republicans.

Just remember how many prominent Republicans (mostly ex elected ones mind you) have come out against Trump.

I am not allowed discuss …

It's still possible you say? Weird, I thought every news outlet had declared Biden as president and that betting agents had stopped taking bets on the presidency?

Of course it's still mathematically possible, doesn't mean it's any way likely to happen.

I think the conspiracy may run deeper than any of us have previously imagined --

The dastardly Dems may have intercepted consignments of Covid vaccines and replaced said vaccines with Biden votes.

A "lot" of people are saying it,
    "Everyone" knows it,
But the "fake media" aren't reporting it.

Or maybe it was the Russians?
