(If you had symptoms of suggestive of COVID19 - I didn't read all your posts on this.)

      The workers killing the mink in Denmark have better PPE than our ICU nurses had in the TV series shown some months ago !

      Their powered air purifying respirators and full PPE for airborne infection contrasts with our ICU nurses who had PPE suitable only for droplet infection.

      Course they have, why are you surprised? I still think the PPE the hospitals here have is totally inadequate, and it has to be dumped and replaced between each patient too. Feel sorry for our nurses and doctors, they’re just expected to get on with it.

      We really look to bee doing well relatively on the numbers front.

      UK just announced Germany and Sweden to be on the quarantine list there from this weekend. Belgium and France are sadly off the scale.

      It now takes less than 48 hours for one million cases to be reported worldwide.

      •59% are under 45 years of age
      •The median age is 38 years old
      •120 in Dublin, 75 in Donegal, 50 in Cork, 46 in Kerry, 44 in Limerick and the remaining 256 cases are spread across 20 other counties.

      Expect to see mink on a lot of Danish Christmas dinner tables this year. It would be a shame to waste it, maybe they'll disguise it like was done with horse meat a few years back, or maybe it will find it's way into new nordic cuisine, after all it's produced locally.

      I believe Listowel in Kerry has a nursing home cluster
