So the Sunday World piece leads with Joe Duffy's listernship 'soaring' and reaching 'new heights'. In actual fact, of all the shows listed, he had the smallest increase along with Ray D'Arcy.

Nice bit of spin. Pity it doesn't stand up to more than a few seconds scrutiny.

    Morning Ireland 14%
    Ryan Tubridy 14%
    Today with.... 17%
    Liveline 11%
    Ray D'Arcy 11%
    Drivetime 26%
    The Business 25%
    Miriam O'C 35%

Unfortunately it's not a story for Liveline, way too positive and getting de right treatment for de aches puts Versatis right back in its box.

Ring Joe anyway. Embellish it a little, and tell him you were close to death and you are not through the worst yet. Mid-call, stop and say to Joe "Hold on, the ambulance is at the door for me now." Get a mate to drive you around a bit as you continue your call, live from the "ambulance". Joe will love it.
