Not working from home. Living in the office.

It's your house, who knows when you're there or not. I started working from 11am this week, just to get out in the morning in daylight.

Some organisations give staff time off instead of paying overtime for when additional hours need to be worked. Should the same conditions apply to remote working staff in this regard,?

You already started a thread on this?
Did you not like the answers or what?

No they shouldn't these are extraordinary times, flexi time and flexi leave are a privilege not a right. Simple as that.

I work in the CS btw.

Just asking a general question if remote working staff should be able to avail of flexi time and flexi leave when they have to work additional hours. Some organizations do this instead of paying overtime

What's the point in a new thread and 20 more pages of you being obstinate, OP

There is no legal right to flexi time

Its up to your employer to decide whether or not to offer/approve.

    OP.
What did these organisations say when you applied for a job with them?

The answer is a resounding.. maybe

Far too open ended question. Too many variables. I guess if there was already a thread on this and you never got satisfaction then that's why.

There is a bigger issue at play. My office provided teabags and jars of coffee for staff. I'm having to use my own working from home.

You should have the same conditions as you had while in the office.

I don't know of anyone below senior management level who doesn't have flexitime.
