Must be fairly close. Odds haven't changed much.

Best prices at 02.00 on oddschecker were Biden 1/2, Trump 15/8 - still the same now.

Trump’s odd have ever so slightly improved, Biden’s have slightly worsened. So it appears maybe a slight Trump debate win. But very close.

One thing I would like to see, is that if trump leaves office, that he goes back to TV because he is one of the funniest people I've ever listened to.

Melania can hardly stand the sight of him. Barely even a touch of the arm.

    Yeah. She did very well.
Thought it was a much better show than the first fiasco.

Biden has fk all charisma. His close was lame. Doesn't want the job.

Trump won this fairly definitively I think..

Thought the last one was close..not tonight..

    Polar opposite

Biden won that debate. No doubt about that.

Biden made an awful fool out of himself.

Im amazed how bad someone could look coming up against a reality tv star.

    On tv?

He's not a star. Whatever else he is he's not a star.

I guess you didn't watch it so.

Biden didn't do badly enough to lose his lead.

Trump didn't do well enough to close the gap.

Trump needed a strong performance here. He didn't provide it. Dropped the ball on taxes - the IRS have been very unfair to me - and resorted to 'woe is me' cries over and over, as well as negativity. He took no responsibility for any failings.

Biden just comes across as more presidential. He wasn't spectacular but he was steady. I think that's what he needed to be. A calm ship while Trump sinks himself.

It will come down to the Americans but I can't see how any civilised person could look at the two candidates and think Trump is the more impressive character. I can only hope common sense and sanity prevails and a grown-up takes charge. I don't know if the US has enough of either, which is the scary thing.

Best debate performance by Biden all year tbh.

There was no shift here, no “clear winner” as we will see in the spin zones later. And I suspect that means no shift in polling trends either. I think Biden will keep a commanding lead going into the final day of voting.

Trump won that debate by a country mile.

A draw i`d say... Jake Tapper "Trump lied like Pinocchio"

    I agree.

I don't mean this as a slight on you, but if you're pretty definitive on Biden winning then that's probably the reality and it's probably the perception out there too.

Can't disagree with this. Trump was much better and got a few points across but so did Biden. Again the scary thing is that it's light on actual plans and policy.

Not sure any of that matters. Trump has made america so divided. You are right. You are left. You are white. You are black etc. This is an election of ideology and trump and biden happen to be there. I hope the good side shines through. It used to be a great country

Trump won that debate by a country mile.

Not in any way did Trump win that.

Trump was asked to address the families of black Americans.

He spoke about how he wasn't racist, didn't say anything to the families.

Might tune into Gogglebox, if they got paid overtime; just to see how biased they (Virgin Media) will be against Trump.

Would have Biden as edging it too, he connected with people down the camera a lot whereas Trump was often just ranting and raving, he wasnt winning Biden voters over which he needs to do.

The only thing that Trump did well, was manage to highlight the racist policies of the 90's. Which was valid, except that everyone was more racist then including him. But it was a good talking point for him, even though he didn't produce a cogent sentence on it.

CNN calling it a draw, says all you need to know, they seem worried..

I really don't think any minds will be changed by that, but I'd say Trump won, in terms of performance, Biden doesn't just grab the attention, or hold it, at all
