So I tried my luck on a number of their draws but zero return (so far :D)

I think their model is pretty good, different mix of stuff and sell out quickly, quick draws. I tend to only enter for stuff that I would actually want to keep, not all cars but some of the other bundle stuff etc.

On the face of it your odds are good on a lot of the draws (1/400 or 1/300) but that is really only 0.2/0.3% or to put it another way you are 99.5+% likely to not win!!

Based on the number of draws I have entered probability that I would have won something by now is around 6%.

Like any gambling its easy to get sucked in and think the next one will be it but thats not the way it works out for most.

You would have the best odds if you pooled all the money into one draw a year but who is going to do that?

Similar with the Lotto. Have one gamble a year on your yearly total spend .... dramatically better odds of a win

What's book value of a 2013 anniversary edition with 50k on the clock? 50,000 miles is alot of miles in supercar world.

That car is without a doubt an ex-rental

Guy I work with won a second prize of £10k on a similar type draw organised by someone in Northern Ireland.

He traded in own car plus the £10k to buy a few car.

    Absolutely thrilled with himself.

I would think so. No body in the real world puts 7k miles a year on a Lambo . Usually they are a weekend car for maybe 4 or 5 months of the year . Also the fact the car has full service history with only the yearly mini services done at the main dealers would reduce market value also . Still with enough to clear my mortgage though.

Can you take a cash alternative to the car does anyone know and if so what would that be on this car . Trade value?

    How can you tell??

How does one see the draw or see the winning number?

They've said there is a good few tickets remaining which is odd considering the prize on offer but there are extra tickets available in this draw

Odds of 7000/1 for the lambo. Normally odds are alot better at around 1300/1 .

I have been following FDR for the last while, they had a pair of BMWs last week a 17 520 and a 17 320, they seem to be getting a big draw sold out per week which is a lot faster than a few months back, the current draw started with a 2019 SEAT Tarraco and once the BMWs went they upgraded to a choice of 3 prizes including a boat.

I've heard that with some of the rarer cars he will have people call him before the draw asking to be put in touch with the winner. Also some of the car he has bought himself.

Neighbour one an M4 a couple of week ago it's stunning.

I think the problem with something like this one is vast majority of people would not be able to keep it - assuming not going to the UK then VRT alone is going to be beyond what most people would pay for a brand new car, insurance  and not exactly a daily driver.

So really what you are entering is a draw for an (unknown) cash prize as winner will almost certainly end up taking up an offer to sell the car as soon as its won.

I'd do a deal where I get to drive for a few days and then cash in....

With everyone back working from home I wonder will RKings be getting a boost in ticket sales?

Still down. Did look at Bear Competitions and enter a draw for a McLaren though!
Had forgotten all about these draws until I saw the post earlier.

Next door neighbour won that GTR skyline 3 or 4 weeks ago. It’s going to sit in a shed for a few years until it’s 30.

    What.

7Days competitions in the UK are very very good. Entries from 99p that go ahead regardless of tickets sold. I was 4 numbers away from a revo tuned Fiesta ST last week... saw my name and all... this close.
