Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Introspective.

Discovered a podcast by Damian Browne, the Irish man who rowed solo across the Atlantic Ocean a few years ago. I’m a few episodes in and hooked. Makes me think about what I want out of my life.

wha the heck is revenge porn?

Revenge Porn is the sharing of private, sexual materials, either photos or videos, of another person, without their consent and with the purpose of causing embarrassment or distress.

For the last 3 days I've been crying non stop at the drop of a hat. Had such a horrible nights sleep last night, and experienced sleep paralysis. Strange random dreams I'd be too embarrassed to tell anyone about.

Really beginning to feel this lockdown is doing a lot of damage for people like me. I'm 8mnts not working and don't even know if I'll get my full time hours back. So much is up in the air. So many questions but the same answers.

I'm quite resilient but I feel so much of it has been used up and wasted cause of this stupid COVID.

I wish you the best sorry no magic words or solutions to offer, can you get out for a walk/cycle and try and enjoy nature at it's best as I find it really helps me for awhile.

Would you be able to read before you sleep, soothing music. Try not to think too long term as no one can tell what will happen with their work/travel etc.

My daughter lives in another country and I would normally fly and see her three times a year and she would be back twice or three times too, luckily she was here for two weeks in July, she didn't come at Christmas, all covid related. I miss her and am trying not to think when we will see each other again, her brother's and our doggie misses her too.

Have you any pets that can distract you ( if you have the room to accommodate them), prob plenty of shelters looking for foster families/individuals and it wouldn't be a full commitment.

Sending you and everyone virtual hugs, we all need a little kindness, be it a smile or text or whatever.💞🀗

    Lonely, as usual.
    Aimless.
    Directionless.
    Just....flat. Like always.
Genuinely don't know what it's like to feel excited or genuinely happy with life. Not covid related either, literally for the past two decades or so.

I guess it being Valentine's Day doesn't help. Never celebrated one of those either.

Exhausted but relieved. Brought a family member to an addiction treatment centre today where hopefully they’ll get the help they so badly need. Starting back at therapy tomorrow and my anti anxiety medication is working like a charm.
