Nice and clean looking. A few more interior shots wouldn't go a miss.
If it was auto I'd be on the blower.

Had one if them for a few months. One of the most underpowered and thirstiest car that I've ever owned. Lovely car otherwise.

This is cool, and had just been tested til July 2021, asking €1950

Currently commercial, but send away an rf111 and start taxing it privately as a 1.5, could be a useful old thing to own. Worrying bit of rust on the nearside back quarter just above the sill cover though.

I like that. Could both sills be dissolving I wonder?
Although anything middlin serious would have been seen from underneath during test.

Ad says hasn't been used in this country in last 3 months hence why tax is out, nothing about not being driven.

Unless seller is watching this thread and updated based on your comment.

Would still need tax when abroad.

They honestly dont care. As long as you are licenced, and the car is insured. In 15 years driving up and down Europe that's all I've ever been asked for. Not even an NCT.

Pedants be like "it must be legal in country of registration!", yeah, but in practice: no.

I suppose you need all your disks to get to to the ferry in Ireland.
Is your insurance valid abroad without tax and NCT?

You are meant to have the vehicle road legal in your state even if the car isn't.

Insurance will have many a clause

Insurance is valid here without tax, never mind abroad....

Big Auto Estate with Fresh NCT and very genuine looking ad. Low mileage for the age and seems to have full service history.

    ODY0MzBkYzdmYzdiNGY2ODljMjE0ZTg2NzA2NjM1NTf-6nAkW5BtBJXGs2vWzccSaHR0cDovL3MzLWV1LXdlc3QtMS5hbWF6b25hd3MuY29tL2RvbmVkZWFsLmllLXBob3Rvcy9waG90b18xNTc2NTc5NDN8fHw2MDB4NjAwfHx8fHx8fHw=.jpeg

Bit tempted myself but bit worried about reliability and potentially expensive issues with suspension.

A 2.0 HDi is bulletproof. Unlike the 1.6. I sold one in a 00 Xantia with 230k mile's but it was good for 400k. If you're buying off a Citroen enthusiast, you'll be grand. Depends on the owner.
Suspension, if it's fully Hydractive should be ultra reliable. Regular topping up of fluid, occasional flush, changing spheres once in a blue moon was all any of my (Three) Xantias needed over 600k miles between them.

The auto box, I couldn't say.

As usual, a secondhand Citroen is always a bargain.
