online core & pilates classes

I don't know any that give you a real class for free. A lot just give you a taste if you know what i mean.

I put up a beginners class ..and an improvers class youtube. I don't think i am allowed show you though on here. I think its against the rules.

If mods allow i can give you a link. If you are ok with low production quality and me being nervous!

I had to make it for an exam. So there were certain things i had to say in it and a style i had to present it in. So it might not be suitable.

I am a qualified teacher and also a PT.

There is bloglates. She is on youtube.

Here i did ask mods permission both in the thread and by pm but no response .

If they want they can delete the post.





Yes ....i am not going to be the next fitness personality

But its a genuine pilates workout.

Maybe someone can find some use out of it.
