Honestly who knows.

Good luck to them setting up checkpoints on the main roads because travelling for work will still be allowed so you'd be looking at fairly bad tailbacks.

Plus with the amount of traffic just passing through Dublin its difficult to say the least. Might get them on smaller roads maybe and in the city but doubt you'll see anything on the main routes

If you can travel within the county then I could leave my home in South Dublin to go to Skerries, take the M50, then M1 and then decide to head to Dundalk instead (not that anyone ever willingly went to Dundalk).

It will be a "law".

As mentioned, enforcement will be all but impossible with Dublin traffic

Take the Dundalk bypass and go to Carlingford. Lovely place.

You were wrong unfortunately.

The HSE has said that the number of Covid-19 cases in schools is 131, with 96 cases believed to have arisen through community transmission, and another 35 where transmission may have occurred in a school.

It sounds like there’s some confusion here between “level 3” and “third level” as in 3rd level education.
