Dublin North? You mean North West?
I'm in Dublin North Central but quite close enough to Dublin North so I'll use their figures for my own comfort.

Where do these HSE areas start and finish ?
I think I am Dublin North but somebody said it was Dublin North Central?

    I don't know .
Here in Dublin, it is pubs not obeying the rules, and guidelines not being enforced .
Then you have people out socialising without care and then mixing it up at houseparties apparently .
Nothing to do with public transport or shopping or schools and colleges being back .
Whereas in the rest of the country people are law abiding citizens who never have house parties, don't travel to badly affected areas ( like Dublin ) and their schoolchildren SD , unsupervised .
How could it possibly spread to the rest of the country ? ;)

Not knocking Dubliners at all, its our most densely populated region in the country, but it's just how quickly we are rising.

Even if Dublin is in level 3 and your flight is from Dublin airport?

Ahh no, surely going to the airport or the port wouldn't count as essential for freight and work .
Unless you were stopping off to go shopping and eating out in town as well ?

It appears there is some sort of outbreak in Ballincollig in Cork.
    Ballincollig GAA have suspended play.
Second case confirmed at Colaiste Choilm.
Another case identified at Gaelscoil Uí Ríordáin in Ballincollig just now.

2 cases are one family apparently

Would love if people here could point me in the direction of the pubs in Dublin City Centre, not following the guidelines, please.

Just, I've been in practically every bar that's open, from O'Connell Street, Camden Street, Trinity Street, Dun Laoghaire, Blackrock, Ballsbridge and I'm still getting charged €9 for food and distanced from other tables.

Appreciate it if you could help a guy out :) Or, if you're just speculating without having a clue, probably best you shut up :)

Ya you would assume they’re all related. One family could have kids in 2/3 diff schools. GAA club shut down due to them being members.

I'd say for work it would be fine. But more thinking holidays say. Guess if they go straight to airport might not be an issue but who knows! Joys of concentrating so much services to 1 county.

Folks some of you are clearly well versed on the rules etc. On another thread someone was asking what, if any, of the 'rules' have been written into law? I think the one about the filling in the form at the airport but that's all I know. Any others?

Socioeconomic backgrounds. These things always affect poorer areas more.

All of these areas are very mixed except for Dublin South East really , so don't think that could be the only reason .

I know these are health areas but all of the worst hit have a major hospital in that area .

It'd be more interesting if we got it broken down by postal codes but even that can cover a multitude of areas. One Dublin post code can have more people than some other Irish counties.
