What if SD’s result is a false negative?

If you had to choose, who would you pick as the ‘designated survivor’ in the Dáil?

Mattie McGrath or one of the Healy Rae’s.

I haven't seen advice anywhere about travelling TO Dublin.

I have a dental appointment up there next week and wondering is the recommendation to avoid travelling to the county unless completely necessary.

you can go to Dublin no problem

we strongly advise that you don't leave though

When you go back home you will need to isolate for two weeks. A bit like the Texans.

You’ll be grand. Mask, distance, hands.

David coming across really well tbh.

FF falling apart at the seams.

FF are making bad decisions, but I think SF are two faced hypocritical fckers.

Also his claim that SF were leading the calls for testing and tracing to ramped up to hunt the virus down is total baloney.

how long is it since golfgate, 2 potential virus cycles at 14x2? Any chance we have an asymptomatic spreader in the Dail?
And I presume, if the test anyone in the Dail, they will do a second test, in case of a 'false negative'...etc

SF have been calling for mandatory testing at airports and quarantine as well as increased testing in general since July.

was the cough analysis really necessary

Given that it was being stated as fact without any proof yes it was .

Strange response from you though apparently not wanting evidence to confirm it or not

To be fair, he was probably under orders.

I couldn't give a toss if he coughed or not because he came back negative, to be honest

How can people go abroad if the airport is in Dublin and you are not supposed to travel outside Dublin.

    Cork, Shannon, Belfast?

This egg head minister of health is a disaster. He probably only had a small dose of salmonella but he had to go and waste all our taxes on getting himself and his buddies tested and quarantined. Bring back Simon.

A complete over reaction from the government about Donnelly, heightening a stigma with the virus.

A virus that kills, 1784 here in ROI, better to be safe than sorry

How many cases are outstanding positives to be announced? Around 150?

So if you are working with someone who has a cough without having taken a test and tested negative, is it acceptable for that person to turn up to the office? I think no way. Self isolating when you have symptoms is the responsible action.

There won't be any government doing well in this country for the few years anyway.

They will be writing to Santa Claus in early December and asking him for a vaccine.

Excellant, family bar one have escaped from Dodge, have tents ready to go, to isolate them, and they will drive through a cashless car wash just before the county boarder.

Have also, booked local venue ahead of time for my zero birthday next year and a marque to go..

while everyone else was distracted with coughgate. hahhaha...hehehe:D:D

I just discovered this clip from the beginning of the pandemic when Trump said he was banning travel to and from Europe effective immediately.

Based on Leo's statements on Prime Time we should be extending an invitation for them to come back and finish their trip.

I might even do a foreign exchange with the yanks if their state has a anybody left in it to welcome me.

According to Prof. Nolan on Twitter we are detecting a lot of mild or asymptomatic cases lately.
