Eh, who said they shouldn’t be driving cars?
As you said yourself it is illegal and I suppose it’s there risk to take. Something similar popped up here before regarding driving untested cars.
I just find it strange people are actually bragging about these things.

You did in your post :D

I personally pay my tax most of the time, I might leave it run 1 month if I'm planning on selling or want to wait for the next pay check :p I don't mind people bragging about not paying road tax, I don't think we get the value for the amount of taxes we pay in this country. At least from my own personal (and family experience)

I thought a car had to be declared off the road in advance to avoid not having to back tax it?

I said people shouldn't be driving these cars if the cant tax them. Bit of a difference.
I agree with your not getting value point but if everyone decided they didn't want to do something just because they did not agree with it.........free for all....

Hence 12 previous owners all at the same address.......:)

For me I’ll do an owner switcheroo. The car is essentially worthless so it doesn’t matter if there’s 1 or 17 previous owners, I’ll be driving it until it dies.

My car is usually only for getting to and from work which costs me €3.80 a day, it absolutely sickens me to give the government another €1500 on top of it.

Midnight_EG and Hunky Monster banned from thread until Christmas for tax evasion.
Evading tax, and then bragging about it here - not ok

It kind of comes across as if it hasn't been in the right hands recently.

tj doesn't inspire me to be honest.

Aside from the seller being a absolute plonker surely a €5 car wash would be standard before putting it up on DoneDeal.

I've always liked the XF but would it be considered a barge. I only remarked recently there were no petrol models for sale.

I think if you're going to get into this though it might as well be the V8.

I always considered the XF to be a competitor to the 5 series BMW and hence not really a barge. XJ is a barge though

it definitely is but having been in one, its definitely a step up from the e60. That colour is awful but they're a great car that really depreciated silly quick. They were 8k when the same year 530d was still holding 10-11
