Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I wouldn't call that a small issue... The battery is essentially useless then as it shouldn't go below 10% either.

Have you contacted your installer? Or did you do it yourself? If so, call Solis helpline and they'll talk you through troubleshooting.

I'd call Solis then. I had an installer do mine but I called Solis to check a few settings and they were easy to deal with.
