    Do you mark them as spam for your email provider?. It normally learns what not to let through once you do that over a period of time..

    Next job then is to figure out where they get your address, are you signed up for lots of newsletters or perhaps enter a lot of competitions?. If so you'll have allowed your email address to be used and it might be a tiring matter of going back through privacy t&c stuff

    O'Donovan's Hotel do nice home cooked food big portions. You would get a big breakfast there.

    It's a bit old fashioned but it's cosy and family run so friendly. On the main street before you come to the AIB which is at the end opposite the church .

    I had a massive crusty roll on Saturday filled with three sausages two rashers and lots of ketchup. Sweet sweet memories.

    Oh well,it appears I'm experiencing Cluster FUKC Headache. For anyone who doesnt know what that is, its when you expeience one migraine attack after another which means you can simultaneously experience different stages of different migraines with pain being a constant. They last on average 4 days up to two weeks. As this is day three I'm hoping to get lucky. Strangely, I've experienced no visual aura and no disturbance to my vision. Small mercies :(

    I cannot imagine how that feels as I rarely get even a mild headache and a drink of water or walk makes it go.

    I wish I had a magic medical wand. Hope it passes soon and that you can cope with the pain.

    I too hope you get some relief Sardi. Persistent high level pain is hellish. Something which might give you a bit of comfort is holding a warm or cold face cloth to your head. Different people prefer different temperatures. Worth a try.

    I'm in werk constantly checking my emails for something. Will just have to ring.
