Is a school room limited to a pod of 15 and exclusively conducted outdoors?

I give you a hint, no it isn't.

    Stop with the nonsense comparisons.

You fail to understand again. If it had been school not cul camp only one child would have arrived in a classroom with the virus, out of 71,000. The data was not cases caused at cup camp but children who arrived at cul camp, went through checks and subsequently tested positive and gives a good indicator of the levels we would expect arriving to schools as they reopen. Cul camps ran to last week

Germany tracking where they are importing cases from.
People are bringing back from holidays.

thankfully they only got tourist cases from test tubes from Ireland.

    What are you on about?

A poster last few days has had them right and posted earlier in the day

That's one but others are banging in guesses from time to time and it does lead to confusion.

Does anyone know why the "active cases" on Worldometers has not been revised in two months? It's close to 3,000 active cases with today's figure included.

Oh right. I see you have only been skimming my posts.

Like I have stated the problem was never opening the schools in September, the actual problem was how to keep them open through November to February and going forward.

Our public health officials along with our politicians have been working on the wrong problem.

Like you stated all ready they "hope" they will be able to cope going forward.

Hope is a dangerous thing, especially when used as a tool to fight a once in a generation global pandemic, there is all ready evidence appearing that they are starting to struggle with the current relatively low levels of the virus in the country. Which is not really surprising, as the former Minister for Health stated "The HSE are not fit for purpose". - They are not an organisation known for being able to walk and chew gum.

But for a second please stop swallowing the politic spin, put away the checkers and get out the chess board.

Where do you see the country with this virus in mid November, with particular attention on how public health will deal with the outbreaks and reseeding that will surely come with the mass movement of contacts and people that hasn't taken place in 6 months?

If you could answer without using the "hope" I'd appreciate it, we all hope.

The faulty testing kits were also sent to other EU countries. Wonder if we’re included in that?
