    Yep, it was part of that bundle.

    I don't need it to be honest but I have just moved onto a €89pm bill after my initial 12 months ran out so I might as well get the better box and pay €1 less for the next year, will look to downgrade and try hang on to the box after 12 months.

    - Voice control - "Prime Video" will take you straight in.

    I'm considering upgrading from Horizon - can anyone clarify whether 360 is available as a TV-only package? I seem to remember an earlier post where somebody said the box "won't work properly" without a broadband connection.


    Also, does the Dolby Digital feature actually work when enabled?

    Nice one! I've been waiting for that. Family member has been constrained to watching Amazon Prime on the LG TV that has the app while they could watch Netflix on the Projector because the 360 box had the Netflix App. Now that the 360 box has the Amazon Prime app they can watch it on the projector now too.

    Worked ok for me, didn’t have an email though, just went to the app and entered username and password and all ok

    Received new box today and liking it so far. One problem is that virgin TV app will not set recordings. Keeps saying request failed. Please try again later or go to virginmedia.ie/customer-support, but there's no help there.
    Is there something I need to do to get this to work or is it something that will come right after a day or two?

    I had similar problems the first few days,after a few days onwards the app menus changed and more menus appeared allowing more options.It didn't seem to know at the start that I had the V360 box rather than the Horizon one.I had that problem but it fixed itself later,also you could clear cashe and data,also delete and reinstall,I think I did that and it fixed itself,but it worked after a few days when the app and box synced better with each other, hope that helps.

    You should also clear data as well,then delete and reinstall,that's what I did as well.Stick with it even though it's annoying.It should work out best of luck,it's a great box.

    I hadn't used the app in ages with the horizon box, have the 360 a while now and simply pulled up the app last week and it was linked to my 360 and triggered recording and live TV no issue

    I don’t believe it’s been posted but the channel ordering on the new 360 box is different. HD replaces SD down in the 100s with time shift channels moved together and SDs found together. Music channels are in the 650s. And the likes of QVC is now in the 100s.

    My LG TV’s magic remote controls the V360 box fine. I had to configure it for a UPC device.

    I'm doing the same. I really wish there was a one-click option to get to the TV guide though. I have to click the menu button under the 9 and then guide.

    Not sure if you got this sorted, I had the same issue with my box and the customer service at VM were not able to resolve issue. Anyways I got them to reset my profile after reading on ziggo forum. The same box is used in by ziggo and explin the error code, https://community.ziggo.nl/mediabox-next-239/meest-voorkomende-foutcodes-cs1002-cs1010-cs1011-cs2004-40046.

    I requested VM to reset my profile on my account. I then reset the box by holding the 3 buttons on the front of the box (+, - , standby), power cycled the box while still holding the buttons, then released the buttons when the Welcome screen appears on the TV. This downloaded the profile and the box worked fine. I recommend using a cable first to setup then switch to WIFI if needed when the box is working.

    One thing I didn't realise is the remote buttons are all back lit, so last night in the dark I picked up remote and all the buttons lit up. Didn't require a button press but the motion of moving it lit it up. Nice feature.
