All totally ignored the question has there been many clusters or cases with outdoor sports in recent weeks?

That's because the know the answer to that question

MM getting lots of credit in my whatsapp group this evening.

He’s leveling with the people and seems more on top of his brief.

I was overly critical early doors with him. Head and shoulders over the last clown to hold the office.

Honorable mention to Eamon Ryan too. He has steadied himself after that below the belt ambush from Catherine Martin which she ended up losing
He isn't online or with anyone in my WhatsApp groups...MM is a disaster.
He didn't answer a single question with a proper answer

It's a minor element in cases at present, clusters and community spread are a much bigger risk. You also can't just announce something like that on a Tuesday evening briefing.

How do you know? The origins of infections is never made public.

I know for a fact that a current outbreak in the country is linked to a family who have returned from Greece.

So staycations are grand.... But avoid hotels if possible.

What a mess. He's a terrible frontman, instills no confidence at all.

It's all gone a bit Boris Johnson from a few months ago. Stay at home...but go to work...don't use public transport...

    An incredibly sobering experience.

Donnelly said they are going to mass test all of them when he talked about random airport testing.

Should people cancel their hotel break now?

He said hotels were dangerous places for underlying health issues

    I'm not "doing" anything.

    This is my opinions sorry.

Same here and judging from my whatsapp group MM seems to be going down very well with the general public this evening

Was that said? I missed it and have one booked for an area with little to no reported cases.

Aye, but only recommendations so you're grand. Just doing something to be seen to be doing something.

Go and enjoy your holiday as you planned before and don't mind that eegit on the TV. Obviously take all the necessary precautions as before.

Watch about 5mins of MM there, he really likes using the saying "in terms off" couldn't listen another to the blundering eejit

You can just picture the common room of every nursing home in the country now.

All the inmates sitting around in a circle being told to restrict their movements.

Look the facts are our health system cant cope with what's coming from late Oct till mid summer 2021.

We are screwed as a nation. We will be in lockdown till a vaccine comes along. This isnt going away.

It's the second half of 2021 before any chance of things returning to normal.

MM gone right up in my estimation the last week or so.

Showing real leadership now after struggling at the beginning.

    Lay off the narcotics.

Yea that seemed odd, I thought Holohan just sent the Govt. an email and they followed his instructions to the letter without discussion...

So outdoor gatherings is limited to 15 people but all sports can go ahead.

Journos need to ask shorter questions.
