2020 and we're still putting the church on a pedestal, even in the midst of a pandemic.

A wedding is as much a civil matter as a religious one these days.

2020 and we're still putting the church on a pedestal, even in the midst of a pandemic.

It's putting the mental health of the elderly on a pedestal, which is strongly associated with their faith.

    This too shall pass.

These measures don't go far enough to achieve the results they want.

"What we don't want is 30/50 children coming together and different adults mixing every day"

Sounds an awful lot like a school to me lads...

Was very excited about the Q&A because I expect they're going to to torn apart.

And fair play as well for establishing that now nursing homes and meat factories need to all be tested.

    They catch on fast.

So the government policy is everything is going to continue as it is but we would like you to please if its not too much trouble be a bit more careful and keep the numbers down if possible. But to be clear that's only if its not too much trouble. We don't want to upset anyone and we would just like them to exercise their individual judgement but only if they want to. So please do this but if you don't we fully understand.

This vague pointless policy waffle has Eamonn Ryan's fingerprints all over it.

Overall this is the best presser of the Martin era since he took over

MM and ER both v good. 8/10 SD less so. 6/10

Won’t include Dr Glynn as he’s not a politician.

Does the sign language guy communicate stuttering?

I'd hate to think deaf people are being spared the embarrassment.

I'd actually love to be able to understand it. I'd say the sign team manage to make the politicans sound much more coherent than they actually are.

Not recommending over 70s or vulnerable people to go on staycations if in a hotel.

In relation to the Berlin brunch, I see from the ticket it was a 3 hour event, what happened to the 105 minutes or were they operating via some loophole?

Excellent questions being asked and MM answering questions which haven't been asked.
    He's useless.
