How Bret managed to keep a straight face for that El Dandy segment, I'll never know.

They're playing Triple H's entrance music ("The Game") at the end of half time in the Arsenal match while the players were coming back onto the pitch. Nice.

What would have make the whole thing better is if someone from Arsenal blew out both quads.

I must say reading through a few of the threads over the last while I am surprised at how angry some of the posts read from a number of posters they really seem very angry about wrestling.

I wonder will we see Nick Aldis in wwe if NWA are shutting down

Another British powerhouse and his wife is also part of the company

NWA aren't shutting down though. So in short, we won't see Aldis in WWE.

For the sake of the discussion, IF NWA did shut down, is there anyone there worth picking up? I know Nick Aldis is there but I remember watching his TNA run and thinking he was a little bland. Although I did like him when he was tag teaming with Samoa Joe.

Aldis has done very well in NWA and has a more distinct aura as World Champion than his equivalent in other promotions. I could see him in WWE and would be an interesting challenger to Drew.

Thunder Rosa, Ricky Starks, Zickie Dice and Eli Drake all deserve good fortune as well.

The commentator referencing Hak (Sandman) is the best thing about that.

Nine years ago today cm punk and john cena had an all time classic at MITB 2011. The event as a whole was great but cm punk in the main event of a WWE PPV in Chicago is destined to be good. I'm rewatching the raws just before and the raws after it and in hindsight maybe he should have stayed off TV longer but then if he stays off TV too long does he lose steam.

the glory of NXT takeovers but its only really the big 4 weekends they happen. Other takeovers seem to be standalone on Sundays now

The cursed NXT UK takeover in Dublin is set for a sunday

I honest couldn’t give a F**k about ratings. All wresting companies are currently producing tripe and the industry is in the toilet.

WWE have failed to make a star since Cena. Roman experiment failed and they had a chance to make Bryan the man but they messed that up time and time again.

AEW has its own problems, Jericho is not the long term solution. Cody is too bland. Moxley I just don’t buy as a main eventer let alone a megastar.

Started it but being barely able to hear the possible answers over the loud music as well as the long gaps between the question and possible answers got annoying.

Saw a thread about this on Reddit and man, I used to love those moving match graphics...

I realise the specific thread has been locked and that's fair enough but Cathy Kelley is one utterly gorgeous woman and how WWE left her leave I'll never understand.
