FYI, the 94gig download is really 107gig.

Still in the poxy process since yesterday.

I downloaded GTA5 again, got to about 80G and the download speed went to 0, however, it actually kept downloading (the amount downloaded kept increasing even if the download speed read 0)

Was able to play away, however this evening I am running into "GTA timed out authenticating with Epic Online Services". Judging from the forums everyone else is running into this too. People can't connect but the ones in game are fine.

TL;DR the servers are overloaded, it takes a while but keep trying.

You need the server to play single player?

Sadly yes. Seems the way things are now.

Reminds me of trying to play GTA V online at launch for PC and for quite some time after the online was pretty bad due to server issues. I have the Rockstar version of GTA V.

Fairly sure Rockstar retroactively updated it sometime last year to always require their social rubbish.

Was fairly peeved as I'd bought it about a month earlier and wouldn't have if I'd known that. Although by that stage I'd already finished the campaign once, and was fed up of the constant issues with online, so just uninstalled it to get the space back.

Is it something to do with modding?

Theres been a few ups and down for R* in regard to people modding the game.

Actually according to this it was a bug but its fixed now:

Aegis Defenders is free on Steam until 6pm or so.

Bit weird - got a mail from Humble Bundle during the week touting a bundle and also this for free.
Far as I could tell I checked the site within a couple of hours of the offer going live and Humble show no sign of ever having sold the game.
Anyway, it's definitely on Steam now

Age of Wonders: Planetfall 18.14 (Revolut conversion of $19.99) on WinGameStore.

    Base game only.

Deluxe Edition 21.75 ($23.99), which seems to include some cosmetic stuff and one additional scenario.
Premium Edition 29.91 ($35.99) includes the Deluxe stuff plus 3 DLCs, of which only one is released so far

This week's game from the Epic VAULT (geddit?) is Borderlands: The Handsome Collection

Includes Borderlands 2 and Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel, and I think all DLC for both

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,470 ✭✭✭MOH

ArmA 3 EUR 8.39 on Steam until June 1 (base game only, various DLCs up to 66% off)

Nier: Automata GBP 16.99 / EUR 19.99 on GamesPlanet (works out about 18.78 using the UK site). Don't think it includes DLC

Darkest Dungeon EUR 5.79 on both GOG and Steam, base game only.
Darkest Dungeon: Ancestral Edition EUR 15.93 on Steam. Includes all DLC.

Cultist Simulator EUR 9.99 on both Steam and GOG. Free to play for the weekend on Steam. No DLC included.

Actually, looks like Darkest Dungeon is on a free weekend on Steam too. And Pixark.

    Overcooked free on Epic.

Bit underwhelming considering it was rumoured to be Ark, and they've already done this one anyway.

If you're looking for some basic peripherals, there seems to be a pretty decent sale of some Logitech gear in PC World:

Handy for spares if something breaks, none of it is gonna set the world alight, but it's all decent and it's equivalent price is €99 in the Irish shop.

Looks like it may be released next week
Given the situation in the US, and the rest of the world right now, we will be rescheduling the ARK in-game celebration until Thursday, June 11. We understand that our community has much anticipated the ARK in-game party and the launch of Crystal Isles, and we're looking forward to sharing all we have prepared for you next week. We felt it would be inappropriate to celebrate milestones during the present time as there are bigger things afoot, and that outweighs any plans we otherwise had. We believe now is the time to be respectful and hear the voices of others.

Was it? I don't have it in my account and I've added all that interest me. Maybe I missed it

Weird, I have it and I know I definitely didn't buy it as it's of no interest.
But I don't see any receipt mail from Epic about it so not sure when I got it.

Vague idea it was around Christmas

One of which is Pico-8, which contains hundreds of games in itself.

Paypal could not process the payment. Anyone else getting this? I see complaints in some of the comments. There's nothing wrong with either of my cards and I use that account regularly for all sorts. Really like the look of that digital design puzzle game.

Sorry if this counts as chat, just looking to see if anyone has a workaround.
